The benefits
One small box a day is a genuine upgrade to your family's nutrition. Here's what the greens in our shop do for you.
Heart health
Broccoli and red cabbage microgreens are rich in sulforaphane and anthocyanins that support healthy cholesterol and blood pressure.
Immunity shield
Dense in vitamins C, E and K plus zinc — a small handful of sunflower or radish greens covers a big share of your daily needs.
Brain & focus
Polyphenols and vitamin K in pea shoots and amaranth support memory, focus and long-term cognitive health.
Gut-friendly
Living enzymes and gentle fibre make microgreens easy to digest — they feed the good bacteria in your gut.
Skin & hair glow
Antioxidants fight free-radical damage; vitamin E and chlorophyll support clearer skin and stronger hair from within.
Natural detox
Wheatgrass is a chlorophyll powerhouse — a daily shot supports liver function and helps flush out toxins.
Diabetic-friendly
Fenugreek (methi) microgreens are traditionally used to support healthy blood-sugar levels — with a milder flavour than seeds.
For every age
Soft textures and mild flavours make sunflower and pea shoots an easy first green for kids — and a gentle boost for elders.
Good to know
New to microgreens? Four things every first-time buyer should understand.
What exactly are microgreens?
Young vegetable greens harvested 7–14 days after germination, just after the first true leaves appear. They are not sprouts — sprouts are eaten seed-and-root within 2–3 days, while microgreens are cut above the soil line, making them safer and far more flavourful.
How to eat them
No cooking needed — heat destroys their delicate enzymes. Rinse gently, pat dry, and scatter over salads, dal, khichdi, sandwiches, smoothies, parathas or curd. Add them at the very end, right before serving.
Storing them right
Keep refrigerated in the breathable box we deliver in. They stay fresh 5–7 days. Wash only what you use — moisture shortens shelf life. Because ours are harvested to order, yours arrive at peak life, not days old.
Grown clean, near you
Aarav Greens grows in controlled trays at our Palam farms using RO water, food-grade coco substrate and zero pesticides. Indoor growing means no dust, no pollution, no monsoon contaminants — just clean greens.
Latest trends in microgreens
Morning microgreen shots
Wheatgrass and mixed-green juice shots are replacing sugary morning drinks across Delhi-NCR — the fastest-growing way our customers use microgreens.
Grow-it-yourself kits
Home grow kits are booming with urban families — kids love watching seeds turn into food in a week. Our Chef's Grow Kit is built exactly for this.
Restaurants go hyper-local
Chefs now demand harvested-same-day microgreens for plating. Restaurant-grade varieties like red amaranth and mizuna are menu stars in New Delhi cafés.
Functional food movement
Microgreens sit at the centre of India's functional-food wave — food as daily medicine. Sulforaphane-rich broccoli microgreens lead research interest worldwide.
Science keeps confirming it
University of Maryland and USDA studies found microgreens hold 4–40× the vitamins and carotenoids of their mature counterparts — and newer studies link them to better gut and heart markers.
Subscription plates
Weekly microgreen subscriptions are the new milk run — pre-booking upcoming batches (like ours!) guarantees freshness and better prices.
